Our Team
Joseph M DiMarco Jr.
President of the Dental Division
Joe is an active member in the dental community and has exclusively served the dental professional community. As the President of the Dental Division, Joe is based out of our South Jersey office and works with thousands of our clients across the country. With extensive experience working with the needs of dentists and their families, Joe personalizes every experience and recommendation to their goals.
Over the years, Joe has enjoyed celebrating financial and life success with clients, whether its landing a first job, opening a practice, starting a family, paying off student loans, or retiring from clinical work.
As a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Joe holds active Life, Health, & Disability Insurance, and Property and Casualty licenses.
To better serve his clients, he is studying to become a Certified Student Loan Planner.
In his free time, Joe enjoys sitting in his hot tub and bragging about it to clients.
Nicholas Cepparulo
As the Vice President, Nick services new and existing clients, hosts and attends events, and manages the team of agents at CFS. Nick loves helping Dental Professionals with all their financial servicing to grow personally and financially.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Nick is a graduate of West Chester University with a dual major in Business Administration & Marketing. Nick currently holds his Life, Health, & Accident License, and obtaining his Property & Casualty License shortly, then moving on to the Series 65 license.
In his free time, Nick loves spending time with his wife Courtney, daughter Ava, and fur-son Ruger.
Conor DePalma
Conor is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where he studied the foundational elements of financial planning during his undergrad. He went to work for an independent wealth management firm shortly after graduating, and spent his time breaking down college funding and financial aid for families, building out distribution strategies for retirees, and creating financial plans around present and future cash-flows.
Conor holds his Series 7, 63 securities license and is currently working on becoming a Chartered Financial Consultant.
He joined CFS Dental Division in 2020 to work with dental professionals on holistic financial planning for their future selves and families.
When not working, he loves to stay active and roam through farmer’s markets in the Lower Hudson Valley.
Michael Dougherty
Michael graduated from Stockton University in 2018 with a degree in business marketing. He holds licenses in Life, Health, and Casualty Insurance. He loves building relationships and helping his clients with any financial and insurance needs.
Michael joined CFS in August of 2023 and works out of our South Jersey office. While not working in the office, he travels around the US visiting clients’ dental practices as well as preparing soon-to-be graduates with everything they’ll need financially to start their careers.
When not working, Michael loves playing golf, traveling, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
Thomas-John Wayne Stanton (T.J)
T.J. is a graduate of Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, where he majored in applied economics with a focus in finance and accounting. He holds licenses in Property, Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance. He is currently focused on getting his CFP designation.
Born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey, he works in our South Jersey office. He joined CFS in 2023 to work with dental professionals on their financial planning and prepping them and their families for their futures.
When not working, T.J. loves to golf in South Jersey.
Michael Magargee
Michael is a recent graduate of ursinus college. While at college he majored in applied economics and minored in management. Michael currently holds his property, casualty, life and health licenses in the state of New Jersey. He is currently studying for cfa and series 65 exams.
Michael loves helping clients grow financially and personally. He always likes to say that he will be with you during every step of your career.
When not helping dentists succeed Michael likes to play golf and listen to his favorite vinyl records.
Matthew Christy AINS©
Matt is a Property and Casualty insurance specialist who has worked almost exclusively with the Dental community since he first obtained his license. As a Director of the Property and Casualty team at CFS Dental Division, Matt serves our clients directly by answering questions, discussing coverage options, and providing risk management advice. He also works behind-the-scenes to ensure our clients’ needs are taken care of in an efficient manner. Matt believes that insurance is not just about the numbers, but about finding the right solution for each situation by reviewing the minute details that are often overlooked in the insurance industry.
When he’s not behind the desk, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Olivia, and their family and friends. He also enjoys disc golf, playing the guitar, and studying the Bible.
Matt currently holds a Property and Casualty license with an AINS (Associate in Insurance) designation and has taken several courses towards the AAI (Accredited Adviser in Insurance) and AU (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) designations. To work with Integrity, Compassion, and Humility is Matt’s goal, and in whatever situation he finds himself, Matt strives to treat others the same way he would like to be treated.
Jonathan Christy
Director of Property and Casualty
Jonathan Christy is the Director of the Property and Casualty department at CFS Dental Division. Jon assists the day-to-day processing of our client’s insurance needs. As a licensed P&C insurance agent, Jon oversees the quoting and issuing of all malpractice, property and liability policies for our dentists.
Jon is a PA native and has lived there all his life. He holds a P&C license in Pennsylvania as well as several other states. He works to find insurance solutions for our clients and for their businesses.
He loves to play sports including, Football, Soccer, Croquet and Disc Golf. Jon also loves DIY projects and spending time with his wife, Hannah and their dog, Ainsley.
Kaitlin Valosin
Executive Assistant to the President
Kaitlin is an executive assistant at CFS Dental Divsion. Here at CFS, she manages the day to day tasks of all our agents and ensures that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Kaitlin is originally from Lakehurst, NJ, but spent majority of her time during and after college in Philadelphia. Currently, Kaitlin is studying to become a Chartered Financial Consultant.
In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys playing volleyball and spending quality time with her son
Jeremy Alfano
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy serves our clients in regards to processing applications, database management and connecting clients with our in house specialists on many different planning items.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jeremy works out of our office in Conshohocken, PA. He servicing our clients directly in regards to making sure every aspect of the planning process is met.
Jeremy holds active Life, Health, & Disability Insurance Licenses and is Series 65 Licensed. To better serve our clients and team, he is studying to become a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®).
In his free time Jeremy enjoys playing basketball and sports betting in AC.
Jerold Dougherty
Jerry is South Jersey born and raised, with a love of the outdoors. He joined CFS Dental Division in early 2021 with an eagerness to advise dental professionals in any way he could. Easy to talk to and always available to listen to clients are his star qualities.
In his free time Jerry enjoys going on runs and spending time with his dogs ( dog pictures available upon request).
